If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase or have missing items, we're here to help.

Returns
You have [1] calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we received your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your PayNow, You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.

Missing Items

For missing items, please inform seller (Taste of jing yang) within [1] calendar days, informing anytime after [1] calendar days, seller remains the right not to reimburse the missing items.

Please do take a picture or video of all the products when received to confirm on the items received.

Buyer can choose to wait to receive the missing items or opt for a refund, refund will be via Paynow. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days.

Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

退款/補貨/替換貨

收到產品後請拍下影片或是拍照。確認產品無誤。
如果產品有少了或是有問題，需要在24小時內和我們聯繫。可以通過WhatsApp或電郵聯絡我們。

如果沒有在24小時內通知產品有問題，非常抱歉，如我們向大家道歉，我們會沒辦法補貨或退款。
